Plan de desarrollo turístico para el municipio de Soacha, Cundinamarca

Abstract

Este documento es el resultado de un trabajo de grado que tuvo como objetivo la realización del Plan de Desarrollo Turístico del municipio de Soacha Cundinamarca, solo hasta su parte estratégica, para un periodo de 10 años. Se presentan dos de las etapas que un plan de este tipo requiere y un análisis a partir del marco teórico. La metodología empleada para la investigación fue cuantitativa descriptiva basada en un trabajo de campo, planeación participativa con comunidad receptora del territorio y el empleo de herramientas y modelos de instituciones públicas nacionales y de otras fuentes. Se obtuvieron como resultados el diagnóstico turístico del municipio y el plan estratégico que Soacha puede implementar para el desarrollo del turismo. El principal aporte de esta investigación es el ejercicio participativo de planeación turística que se logró realizar y el estudio del sistema turístico de Soacha, inexistente hasta el momento de inicio de la investigación. Se concluye así que es posible el desarrollo turístico y su primer paso es la planificación y ejecución del plan.

This document is the result of an operational court academic exercise since its use was considered in a public entity. This work had like objetive the construction of the Soacha Tourist Development Plan for a period of 10 years and presents two of the stages that a plan of this type requires besides an analysis from the theoretical perspective of the consulted framework. The methodology used was descriptive quantitative with a constant field work with the receptive and local comunity of the territory. The resault of all this was the city tourist diagnostic and the making of the Strategic Plan that Soacha can implement for the development of tourism in the medium and long term. The main contribution of this investigation was the participatory planning exercise evidenced in these pages and the research of the Soacha tourist system, nonexistent until when this investigation began.
