El problema por desarrollar se presenta en las primeras estructuras en el país se regían mediante algunas normas básicas de construcción, pero aun así se realizaban construcciones empíricas las cuales hoy presentan fallos estructurales o patologías en el concreto que necesitan ser intervenidas a tiempo para que estas no colapsen y sean seguras, por esto se aplican las patologías en las estructuras para los interesados en la seguridad de sus viviendas. El estudio trata en brindar el servicio de asesoría en patologías estructurales más comunes en la infraestructura de las personas que posean viviendas construidas entre los años 1980 a los 1990, identificándolas y brindando las soluciones posibles a las mismas, implementando un estudio patológico concorde a la anomalía afectada en la estructura determinada y así garantizando la aplicación de la norma y si es el caso manteniendo el patrimonio de las edificaciones implementando procesos que no afectan el bienestar del ser humano, el correcto funcionamiento de la estructura o su patrimonio arquitectónico. Se enfocó principalmente en la investigación cualitativa se realizaron entrevistas a profesionales del sector como también teleconferencias con empresas en el sector las cuales se asemejan al servicio ofrecido, identificando las falencias que actualmente existen en el mercado colombiano. De igual manera se realizó un estudio descriptivo el cual tenía como fin localizar y caracterizar las diferentes patologías que se presentan con mayor frecuencia.

The problem to be developed is presented in the first structures in the country were governed by some basic construction standards, but even so empirical constructions were made which today have structural failures or pathologies in the concrete that need to be intervened in time so that they do not collapse and are safe, so the pathologies in the structures are applied for those interested in the safety of their homes. The study is based on providing advisory services on the most common structural pathologies in the infrastructure of people who own houses built between the 1980 to 1990, identifying them and providing possible solutions to them, implementing a pathological study according to the anomaly affected in the determined structure and thus guaranteeing the application of the norm and if it is the case maintaining the heritage of the buildings implementing processes that do not affect the well-being of the human being, the correct functioning of the structure or its architectural heritage. It focused mainly on qualitative research, interviews were conducted with professionals in the sector as well as teleconferences with companies in the sector which are similar to the service offered, identifying the shortcomings that currently exist in the Colombian market. Likewise, a descriptive study was carried out in order to locate and characterize the different pathologies that occur most frequently.
