Este proceso investigativo da cuenta de las representaciones de la violencia de género en los y las estudiantes de Trabajo Social de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca; si bien, la violencia de género es una práctica que históricamente ha sido perpetrada por el hombre, bajó las relaciones asimétricas de poder, ha sido naturalizada e invisibilizada en este tipo de escenarios. De este modo, se plantea como una necesidad abordada desde la perspectiva de las Representaciones Sociales y la Perspectiva de Género, pues se deben tener en cuenta las diferencias que se entretejen al rededor del sexo y el género, el sexo se refiere al factor biológico mientras que el género se refiere a la representación e interpretación sociocultural con respecto a lo que significa coexistir en un mundo de relaciones desiguales como varón/masculino y como mujer/femenina; lo anterior, en aras de comprender los significados que los y las estudiantes de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca (en la modalidad diurna presencial) le atribuyen a las prácticas y el lenguaje en relación con las diferentes representaciones de violencia. En ese sentido, la metodología que guía esta investigación es cualitativa, comprendiendo las nociones subjetivas que los sujetos le atribuyen a su realidad. En conclusión, se identifica que los relatos de los y las estudiantes se encuentran permeados por nociones de micromachismos que consisten en ejercer abuso de poder de manera sutil e imposiciones simultáneas, reproducidas en sus relaciones interpersonales y su vida cotidiana.

This investigative process accounts for the representations of gender violence in the students of the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca; Although, gender violence is a practice that has historically been perpetrated by man, lowered asymmetric power relations, has been naturalized and made invisible in these types of scenarios. In this way, it is presented as a need addressed from the perspective of Social Representations and the Gender Perspective, since the differences that are interwoven around sex and gender must be taken into account, sex refers to the biological factor while that gender refers to the sociocultural representation and interpretation of what it means to coexist in a world of unequal relationships as male / male and female / female; The foregoing, in order to understand the meanings that the students of the Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca University (in the face-to-face daytime modality) attribute to practices and language in relation to the different representations of violence. In this sense, the methodology that guides this research is qualitative, understanding the subjective notions that the subjects attribute to their reality. In conclusion, it is identified that the stories of the students are permeated by notions of micromachisms that consist of exercising abuse of power in a subtle way and simultaneous impositions, reproduced in their interpersonal relationships and their daily lives.
