La presente sistematización se basa en la reconstrucción de la experiencia del proyecto de intervención " Diversi-Art" llevado a cabo durante el año 2021 y 2022, tal proceso fue guiado por las docentes que acompañaron el campo de práctica y por dos equipos de Trabajadores Sociales en formación, que se encontraban en el nivel de comunidad I y II de séptimo y octavo semestre del Programa de Trabajo Social, de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca en la I.E.D Manuel Elkin Patarroyo. Este proyecto respondió a la iniciativa distrital propuesta por la Secretaría de Educación del Distrito, “Incitar para la Paz”, desde el equipo de orientación del colegio, se postuló el proyecto, el cual estaba enfocado en el reconocimiento de la Diversidad en la otredad, esto, debido a los altos niveles de hostigamiento escolar y la afectación que hay en la convivencia. El objetivo general de la presente sistematización, busca reconstruir la experiencia del proyecto de intervención “Diversi-Art” como aporte de la diversidad al mejoramiento de la sana convivencia y la reducción del hostigamiento escolar al interior del colegio, se retoma la voz de los principales actores que hicieron parte de la reconstrucción de la experiencia y a partir de nuestro autor metodológico, Oscar Jara, en su libro "Sistematización de experiencias, práctica y teoría para otros mundos posibles “se genera la construcción de este documento, el cual recopila los momentos significativos que marcaron un antes y un después eun la institución educativa.

The present systematization is based on the reconstruction of the experience of the intervention project "Diversi-Art" carried out during the year 2021 and 2022, such process was guided by the teachers who accompanied the practice field and by two teams of Social Workers in training, who were in the community level I and II of the seventh and eighth semester of the Social Work Program, of the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca in the I.E.D Manuel Elkin Patarroyo. This project responded to the district initiative proposed by the District Secretary of Education, "Incite for Peace", from the orientation team of the school, the project was postulated, which was focused on the recognition of Diversity in the otherness, this, due to the high levels of school harassment and the affectation that there is in the coexistence. In accordance with the general objective of the present systematization, which seeks to reconstruct the experience of the intervention project "Diversi-Art" as a contribution of diversity to the improvement of healthy coexistence and the reduction of bullying within the school, the voice of the main actors who were part of the reconstruction of the experience are taken up and from our methodological author, Oscar Jara, in his book "Systematization of experiences, practice and theory for other possible worlds", the construction of this document is generated, which compiles the significant moments that marked a before and after in the educational institution.
