La confianza del inocente es la herramienta más útil del mentiroso (Stephen King) En tiempos como acontecen la confianza ha sido afectada por el mal actuar de personas inescrupulosas que por mucho tiempo no solo han engañado sino que despojan a aquellos menos favorecidos que con sus esfuerzos han buscado mejorar su calidad de vida y han sido defraudados en el intento. Este trabajo tiene como propósito hacer un recorrido en lo que al fraude inmobiliario y la información pública respecta, en donde su interacción correcta puede llegar a brindar soportes claros que permiten no caer en manos de los delincuentes. Se presentan los antecedentes respecto al tema, se explica la importancia del gobierno en línea y su sinergia respecto a la información pública, se hace un barrido de las modalidades más comunes de fraude en el ámbito inmobiliario, la normatividad penal que la regula, la perspectiva jurisprudencial constitucional y de la justicia ordinaria, para adentrar al sistema registral colombiano y finalmente ver su efectividad frente al derecho comprado. De nada sirve esta investigación si este trabajo no brindara herramientas como las que se piensan proporcionar para que puedan ser adquiridas por estudiantes como por usuarios de los servicios jurídicos que brinda la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca por medio de su facultad de derecho, buscando que tengan conocimiento de esta problemática y puedan salvaguardar sus derechos. Se busca dar un aporte práctico al ámbito académico de la universidad por medio de la alternativa de solución socio jurídica.

The trust of the innocent is the most useful tool of the liar (Stephen King) In times like those that are lived in this moment, confidence has been affected by the bad actions of unscrupulous people who for a long time have not only cheated but also strip those less favored who with their efforts have sought to improve their quality of life and have been disappointed in the attempt. The purpose of this work is to take a tour regarding real estate fraud and public information, where its correct interaction provides clear supports that allow not falling into the hands of criminals. The importance of online government and its synergy with respect to public information are explained, a sweep of the most common forms of fraud in the real estate field, the criminal regulations that regulate it, the constitutional jurisprudential perspective and ordinary justice, to enter the Colombian registry system and finally see its effectiveness against purchased law. This research is useless if this work does not provide tools such as those intended to be provided so that both students and users of the legal services provided by the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca through its law school can acquire, to have knowledge of this problematic and to safeguard your rights. The aim is to give a practical contribution to the academic field of the university by means of the socio-legal solution alternative.
