Durante el desarrollo del componente temático y la investigación realizada se tomó como punto de partida para la ejecución del proyecto la región pacifica, específicamente en los departamentos del Chocó, Valle del cauca, Cauca y Nariño, tomando como objetivo identificar los problemas, carencias y necesidades principales de la región anteriormente mencionada; y así plantear el desarrollo de un producto capaz de solventar los objetivos identificados. A partir de la investigación se encontró diversos factores que afectan a la población principalmente a la que habita en las zonas rurales, de los cuales los que más afectan a dicha población son el alto riesgo de inundación y el incumplimiento en los estándares y normativas básicas de construcción. Partiendo de estos factores se desarrolla la creación de la empresa VI-MO S.A.S con el objetivo de combatir las problemáticas mediante una vivienda modular para zonas inundables, que tiene como principio satisfacer las necesidades y generar a su vez confort mediante la implementación de materiales alternos y vernáculos, qué permitan un mayor rendimiento en cuanto a costos y tiempos de construcción. En este documento se consigna toda la información relacionada al desarrollo del tema propuesto, donde se consigna los problemas encontrados y las soluciones más óptimas y eficientes.

During the development of the thematic component and the research carried out, the Pacific region, specifically in the departments of Chocó, Valle del Cauca, Cauca and Nariño, was taken as the starting point for the execution of the project, with the objective of identifying the problems, deficiencies and main needs of the aforementioned region; and thus propose the development of a product capable of solving the identified objectives. Based on the research, several factors were found that affect the population, mainly those living in rural areas, of which the ones that most affect the population are the high risk of flooding and non-compliance with basic construction standards and regulations. Based on these factors, the creation of the company VI-MO S.A.S. was developed with the objective of combating these problems through a modular housing for flood zones, whose principle is to satisfy the needs and generate comfort through the implementation of alternative and vernacular materials, which allow greater performance in terms of cost and construction time. In this document all the information related to the development of the proposed topic is consigned, where the problems encountered and the most optimal and efficient solutions are consigned.
