El siguiente trabajo de grado, es realizado en el marco académico de la UNIVERSIDAD COLEGIO MAYOR DE CUNDINAMARCA, complementando la formación de los estudiantes de la facultad de INGENIERIA Y ARQUITECTURA, en su programa del ciclo profesional de Construcción y Gestión en Arquitectura de noveno y décimo semestre respectivamente, aplicando así al título profesional. En Colombia uno de los principales sectores económicos y de los que más contribuyen en la economía y empleabilidad del país es la CONSTRUCCION, en la que existen subsectores que contribuyen a este, el subsector de las remodelaciones y arreglos locativos en casas y apartamentos es uno de ellos generando así un gran impacto positivo en la economía y generando más y mejores empleos a personal calificado en estas áreas. Las remodelaciones y arreglos locativos en las viviendas tienen un papel muy importante en la economía y empleabilidad del sector de la construcción, generando altas cifras de ganancias para este sector por ello es tan importante tener profesionales adecuados, idóneos y con gran experiencia para laborar en esta rama. No obstante, la búsqueda para estas tareas de personal calificado y con la suficiente experiencia que no nos genere un daño mayor en nuestros arreglos locativos o remodelaciones se es difícil por sus altos costos directamente con las compañías que cuentan con este personal o inseguro al no contar con las suficientes garantías o respaldo de conocer si esta persona si cuenta con el conocimiento suficientemente amplio para ejecutar alguna de estas actividades. Por esto la APLICACIÓN MOVIL DIGITAL CONSTRUYAMOS S.A.S, Busca contribuir con la búsqueda más fácil y certera del personal acorde para cada necesidad del cliente en cuanto a temas constructivos como remodelaciones y reparaciones de su hogar, dando las garantías pertinentes y satisfacción de que el cliente cuente con la hoja de vida de quien está desarrollando estas actividad en casa, conociendo su experiencia y certificaciones que lo acrediten como idóneo en dichas actividades (Instalaciones eléctricas, hidrosanitarias, gas natural, plomería y remodelaciones), a su vez desarrollando las nuevas tecnologías digitales móviles para el ámbito de la construcción solicitando a este profesional mediante una aplicación móvil desde el confort del hogar o lugar de trabajo, por medio de celulares o tablet`s.
