La investigación de este proyecto, se realizó en disposición para el estudio del impacto ambiental y social que tienen los diferentes proyectos de obra civil, la problemática que quisimos estudiar, analizar y buscar una solución es una actividad puntual y está inicia a partir del momento en que los vehículos ingresan y transitan áreas internas de los proyectos, y se genera que estos ensucien o alojen elementos en sus llantas, al suceder esto y al salir de los proyectos la limpieza de las llantas que se hace actualmente no brinda las condiciones para realizar dicha actividad de una manera eficaz y segura, ya que se evidencia áreas aledañas fuera de los proyectos y calles con lodos, escombros; para complementar esto se debe tener otro personal en la parte exterior de los proyectos de aseo haciendo una segunda actividad adicional.. Al momento de implementar el Cárcamo Automático, se pretende mejorar dos temas concretos, el primer problema es de manera ambiental, ya que queremos conservar uno de los recursos naturales más importantes que es el Agua, el segundo problema de manera Social y se hará de dos formas, la primera es la esteticidad y limpieza al contorno de los proyectos y la 2da evitando y mitigando los accidentes vehiculares y/o peatonales, reflejando y brindando seguridad. Este Equipo se presenta y suministrara en forma de ̈servicio ̈ a las diferentes empresas privadas o públicas que lo requieran, n proyectos de mediana y gran envergadura como Centros Comerciales, Clínicas, Hospitales, Vivienda Multifamiliar (más de tres (3) torres de apartamentos).

The investigation of this project was carried out in readiness for the study of the environmental and social impact that the different civil works projects have, the problem that we wanted to study, analyze and find a solution is a specific activity and it starts from the moment that the vehicles enter and transit internal areas of the projects, and it is generated that these dirty or lodge elements in their tires, when this happens and when leaving the projects the cleaning of the tires that is currently done does not provide the conditions to carry out said activity in an effective and safe way, since it is evident surrounding areas outside the projects and streets with mud, rubble; To complement this, you must have other personnel on the outside of the cleaning projects doing a second additional activity. When implementing the Automatic Cárcamo, the aim is to improve two specific issues, the first problem is environmentally, since we want conserve one of the most important natural resources that is Water, the second problem in a Social way and it will be done in two ways, the first is the aesthetics and cleanliness around the projects and the second is avoiding and mitigating vehicle accidents and / or pedestrian, reflecting and providing security. This Team is presented and supplied in the form of a "service" to the different private or public companies that require it, n medium and large-scale projects such as Shopping Centers, Clinics, Hospitals, Multi-Family Housing (more than three (3) apartment towers).
