La actividad laboral es donde las personas ocupan la mayor parte de su tiempo, las instituciones tienen el deber y el reto de desarrollar procesos que faciliten el progreso integral de sus colaboradores, de esta manera cada organización debe propender por la salud y bienestar laboral de los mismos. Es así como esta intervención tiene por finalidad la creación de un Programa que propenda por el cuidado de las y los docentes del Colegio Parroquial San José, dando respuesta a las necesidades de la población a intervenir, contribuyendo con la mejora del bienestar respecto a sus Ambientes Físicos de Trabajo Saludables, Entornos Psicosociales de Trabajo Saludables y Recursos Personales de salud en los espacios de Trabajo

The work activity is where people occupy most of their time, institutions have the duty and the challenge of developing processes that facilitate the overall progress of their employees, in this way each organization must strive for the health and well-being of the employees same. This is how this intervention aims to create a program that encourages the care of the teachers of the San José Parochial College, responding to the needs of the population to intervene, contributing to the improvement of physical, mental and Social. It starts with the diagnosis of needs on the work environments to which they are exposed and the subsequent appropriation of the Healthy Work Physical Environments, Healthy Work Psychosocial Environments and Personal Health Resources in the work spaces
