Crear una empresa en Colombia es más frecuente de lo que nos imaginamos, aun así, muchas organizaciones prefieren quedarse en la informalidad. La presente investigación brinda información referente al proceso de formalización de empresas en Colombia, se especifican los procesos a seguir, posibles beneficios y riesgos que trae consigo el proceso. Puntualmente la investigación se centra en el caso de la empresa Fersan distribuciones, para entender la realidad de esta organización se implementa una investigación de carácter descriptiva cualitativa donde se aplican entrevistas tanto a la empresa como a su competencia y sus proveedores, esto con el fin de determinar la viabilidad de implementar o no el proceso de formalización en esta organización. Al tener como objeto de estudio a una organización real, creada por personas de la clase popular de nuestro país, con problemas de forma como la gran mayoría de organizaciones informales, los resultados obtenidos permiten establecer parámetros del proceso de formalización de ellas y les brindará argumentos de peso para tomar una decisión sensata en cuanto a la pertinencia de formalizar una empresa de acuerdo a sus aspectos particulares. Por esto se invita a leer detalladamente esta investigación pues no solamente se habla de la formalización de Fersan Distribuciones, se trata de la realidad de las organizaciones informales, aterrizada a un caso tangible, una organización formada por una pareja de esposos que soñaban con tener mejores oportunidades para pasar su vejez sin verse sumergidos en un sistema laboral que les robara sus últimos alientos, pero que tuvo que enfrentarse a grandes retos, esta es la investigación de la realidad de las familias colombianas, y se pretende mejorar la realidad de las personas que sobreviven por medio de la informalidad día a día en Colombia.

Creating a company in Colombia is more frequent than we imagine, even so, many organizations prefer to remain informal. This research provides information regarding the process of formalizing companies in Colombia, specifying the processes to follow, possible benefits and risks that the process brings. Specifically, the investigation focuses on the case of the company Fersan distributions, to understand the reality of this organization, a qualitative descriptive investigation is implemented where interviews are applied to both the company and its competition and its suppliers, this in order to determine the feasibility of implementing or not the formalization process in this organization. By having as object of study a real organization, created by people from the popular class of our country, with problems of form like the vast majority of informal organizations, the results obtained allow establishing parameters of the process of formalizing them and will provide them with arguments. of weight to make a sensible decision regarding the relevance of formalizing a company according to its particular aspects. For this reason, you are invited to read this research in detail because it is not only about the formalization of Fersan Distribuciones, it is about the reality of informal organizations, grounded in a tangible case, an organization formed by a married couple who dreamed of having better opportunities to spend their old age without being immersed in a labor system that robbed them of their last breaths, but that had to face great challenges, this is the investigation of the reality of Colombian families, and it is intended to improve the reality of the people who they survive through informality day by day in Colombia
