dc.description.abstract	En los últimos años en el campo oncológico se ha demostrado que el paciente neoplásico cuando es tratado en forma integral mejora su pronóstico y su calidad de vida, alterando en forma substancial la historia natural de esta enfermedad (1). Este es un documento que se presenta conforme a los lineamientos establecidos por la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud, de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca como informe final de pasantía, en el marco de las actividades establecidas en el Plan de Trabajo (ANEXO 2), para la obtención del título de Bacterióloga y Laboratorista clínica. La Pasantía se llevó a cabo en el área del Laboratorio clínico del Centro de Investigaciones Oncológicas Clínica San Diego CIOSAD S.A.S, bajo la supervisión de la Bacterióloga y laboratorista Clínica Osirys Macias Rusell, permitiéndome desarrollar una pasantía muy productiva y enfocada en mis conocimientos académicos, laborales y especialmente los de la institución. Dentro de mi pasantía logre realizar un total de 350 horas, las cuales incluyeron capacitaciones de Operación y Mantenimiento de los equipos de Bioquímica VITROS® 5600 y Hormononas VITROS ECi/ECiQ de Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics In. Su realización comprende de varias etapas donde se determinan las fuentes de información, se establecen los formatos de recolección de información, se identifican y priorizan las variables a estudiar y posteriormente se realiza un análisis del control de calidad interno.	spa
