En el proyecto de grado presentado, se realiza con base en la finalización del ciclo profesional de CONSTRUCCIÓN Y GESTIÓN EN ARQUITECTURA en la facultad de INGENIERÍA Y ARQUITECTURA de la UNIVERSIDAD COLEGIO MAYOR DE CUNDINAMARCA, Se evidencia que el gremio de la constricción en Colombia es uno de los sectores con mayor impacto ambiental debido a la explotación de recursos naturales, ya que estos son limitados. Teniendo en cuenta esto se busca reducir el uso inadecuado de los recursos, enfocándonos en la reducción del uso de Agua potable. Se busca ejecutar en Bogotá y su sabana, un sistema que reduzca el uso del recurso hídrico potable en obras y proyectos VIS, implementado un sistema de recolección de agua lluvia, para su utilización posterior en actividades que requieran el uso de agua potable, con el fin de reducir costos a empresarios, generar ahorro a los propietarios y reducir el impacto ambiental generado en el gremio de la construcción. Naciendo así la idea de crear una empresa enfocada en sistemas de recolección, filtración y almacenamiento de agua pluvial, la cual lleva por nombre Water United Industries. Se busca innovar con el sistema de recolección ALL POWER SYSTEM el cual se implementará desde el inicio del proceso constructivo de los proyectos hasta la culminación de obra, se genera el cambio de los filtros para que la vida útil del sistema sea superior a otros ya que se implementara también en la edificación.

In the degree project presented, it is carried out based on the completion of the professional cycle of CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT IN ARCHITECTURE in the faculty of ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE of the UNIVERSIDAD COLEGIO MAYOR DE CUNDINAMARCA, It is evident that the constriction union in Colombia is one of the sectors with the greatest environmental impact due to the exploitation of natural resources, since these are limited. Taking this into account, we seek to reduce the inappropriate use of resources, focusing on reducing the use of drinking water. Thus, the idea of creating a company focused on rainwater collection, filtration and storage systems was born, which is called Water United Industries. It seeks to innovate with the ALL POWER SYSTEM collection system which will be implemented from the beginning of the construction process of the projects until the completion of the work, the change of filters is generated so that the useful life of the system is superior to others since It will also be implemented in the building.
