Esta investigación explora cuales fueron los factores que afectaron el desempeño financiero de la empresa Ualet, ya que siendo esta una empresa startup en Colombia que ha sobresalido a nivel mundial, que ha ganado varios premios nacionales e internacionales por su buena gestión, es posible tomarla como referente para aprender de ella, conociendo todo lo bueno que ha hecho, permitiéndole así a los pequeños y medianos empresarios tener un referente sobre el camino a seguir en este nuevo mundo de innovación y tecnología, recurso que está siendo muy bien aprovechado por las startup para sobresalir en el mercado. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se realizaran una serie de pasos lógicos, donde se muestra inicialmente la pregunta objeto de investigación, la cual es una guía y la base de todo el trabajo, que es desglosado en los objetivos específicos que permitirán poder dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación y con ello al objetivo general, estos objetivos específicos son: Elaborar la caracterización de Ualet y su modelo de negocio, analizar el desempeño financiero de la empresa Ualet y describir el impacto de las Fintech del año 2020. Para no caer en redundancia, se partirá de una base, la cual ha sido expuesta en el marco referencial, con el fin de ofrecer un punto de partida, que posteriormente es guiado mediante el diseño metodológico, donde se explica el método y la estructura que tendrá la presente investigación, que ayudara a cumplir su objetivó de manera óptima y eficaz. Esperando sea un aporte significativo y una herramienta valiosa para los nuevos y actuales empresarios.

This research explores what were the factors that affected the financial performance of the Ualet company, since being this a startup company in Colombia that has excelled worldwide, which has won several national and international awards for its good management, it is possible to take it as reference to learn from it, knowing all the good it has done, thus allowing small and medium- sized entrepreneurs to have a reference on the way forward in this new world of innovation and technology, a resource that is being very well used by startups to excel in the market. To carry out this research, a series of logical steps will be carried out, where the question under investigation is initially shown, which is a guide and the basis of all the work, which is broken down into the specific objectives that will allow to respond to The research question and with it the general objective, these specific objectives are: Prepare the characterization of Ualet and its business model, analyze the financial performance of the Ualet company and describe the impact of the Fintech companies in 2020. In order not to fall into redundancy, we will start from a base, which has been exposed in the referential framework, in order to offer a starting point, which is later guided through the methodological design, where the method and structure that are used are explained. will have the present investigation, that will help to fulfill its objective in an optimal and effective way. Hoping it will be a significant contribution and a valuable tool for new and current entrepreneurs.
