La presente investigación, tiene como fin analizar el impacto antes y después del covid19 en las actividades económicas más afectadas, resaltando asi la actividad del comercio al por mayor y al por menor, asi mismo saber cómo perturba esto la economía colombiana; Colombia atravesó por una de sus mayores crisis a nivel económico, financiero y comercial entre los años 2019 -2021. Estas afectaciones fueron a partir del acontecimiento por el Covid-19, lo cual tuvo como resultado un estado de emergencia económica, social y ecológica dando paso al cierre obligatorio de la gran mayoría del comercio no esencial, esto impuesto por el decreto 417 del 17 de marzo del año 2020, afectando de manera principal la actividad económica de comercio al por mayor y al por menor viéndose afectado de manera radical el PIB del país en estos años. Por ello se pretende analizar la actividad económica del comercio en sus dos categorías, en la zona comercial del barrio virrey y su impacto en el PIB de Colombia entre los años 2019-2021, además de poder identificar la variación de la actividad económica en mención en el sector comercial del barrio el virrey de la zona quinta de Usme durante el periodo de pandemia. Esta investigación se realizará bajo el tipo de investigación mixta y el diseño por el cual se regirá es de carácter descriptivo, puesto que este nos permitirá identificar la caracterización de un hecho con el fin de establecer su causalidad.

The following investigation aims to examine the influence before and after covid-19 on the most affected economic activities, thus highlighting the activity of wholesale and retail trade, as well as knowing how this disturbs the Colombian economy; Colombia went through one of its greatest economic, financial, and commercial crises between 2019 -2021. These effects gave rise to the health emergency by Covid-19, which resulted in a state of economic, social, and ecological emergency, giving way to the mandatory closure of most of the non-essential commerce, this imposed by decree 417 of 17 March 2020, mainly affecting the economic activity of wholesale and retail trade, radically affecting the country's GDP in these years. For this reason, it is intended to analyze the economic activity of wholesale and retail trade in the commercial area of the viceroy neighborhood and its impact on the GDP of Colombia between the years 2019-2021, in addition to being able to identify the variation of economic activity in wholesale and retail trade in the commercial sector of the viceroy neighborhood of the fifth zone of Usme during the pandemic period. This investigation will be carried out under the type of mixed investigation and the design by which it will be governed is of a descriptive nature, since this will allow us to identify the characterization of a fact to establish its causality
