Las redes socio relacionales y las redes migratorias constituyen la expresión de estrategias puestas en marcha por quienes migran, con el fin de satisfacer necesidades de todo tipo; son expresiones culturales, socioeconómicas, afectivas, etc., en la búsqueda de sus proyectos de vida; son un tejido social que permite un intercambio afectivo: apoyo emocional, compañía, guía, regulación social, etc. y, también un intercambio de materiales informativos: guía cognitiva, acceso a contactos, trámites, conocimiento sobre políticas sociales y derechos, entre otras. Este texto es el resultado de un proceso de investigación que permite reconocer que las mujeres venezolanas vinculadas con algún tipo de red, logran satisfacer sus necesidades humanas con más celeridad que aquellas que no lo hacen. De igual forma, que son las principales proveedoras económicas de sus hogares, madres solteras y que ejercen actualmente un liderazgo femenino; que la causa con mayor incidencia para su migración es económica y que algunas de las consecuencias que han vivido son la trata de personas y el desempleo. También se puede reconocer a través de sus experiencias que los riesgos que han tenido que enfrentar son la falta de los sistemas de protección, la xenofobia, y la discriminación. Finalmente, es importante resaltar que en medio de la investigación surge la necesidad de generar una propuesta de intervención desde trabajo social que permita hacer contención al estrés agudo al que esta población se encuentra sometida en medio de su proceso de migración

Social and migratory networks constitute the expression of strategies implemented by those who migrate, in order to meet needs of all kinds; they are cultural, socioeconomic, affective expressions, etc., looking for their life projects; They are a social factories that allow an emotional exchange: emotional support, company, guidance, social regulation, etc. and, also an exchange of informative materials: cognitive guide, access to contacts, procedures, knowledge about social policies and rights, among others. This text is the result of a research process that allows us to recognize that Venezuelan women link to some type of networks that manage to meet their human needs more quickly than those. who are not. Similarly, they are the main economic providers of their homes, single mothers and currently female leadership; the main cause of their migration is economic and some of the consequences that they have to face are the human trafficking and the unemployment. Also, we can recognize through their experiences that the risks they have going throw are the lack of protection systems, xenophobia, and discrimination. Finally, it is important to highlight that in the midst of the research there is a need to generate a proposal for intervention from social work that allows to contain the acute stress that this population is subjected to in the middle of their migration process.
