El siguiente trabajo de investigación se lleva a cabo, dentro del entorno académico de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca y es el cumplimiento al transcurso del aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la carrera de Construcción y Gestión en Arquitectura para la obtención del título profesional en mención. Este proceso de investigación tiene como proposición teórica por confirmar, acceder a un producto que brinda el planteamiento de realizar construcciones de viviendas a nivel rural, empleando bloques de madera pre ensamblados, generando economía, reducción de tiempos de construcción y aprovechamiento de materiales sin contaminar el medio ambiente de manera sustentable y responsable, usando el recurso madera como explotación en zonas reforestadas únicamente para este fin de negocio.

The following research work is carried out, within the academic environment of the University College Mayor of Cundinamarca and is the fulfillment of the course of learning of the students of the Construction and Management in Architecture career to obtain the professional title in question. This research process has as a theoretical proposition to be confirmed, to access a product or service that provides the approach of building houses at a rural level, using pre-assembled wooden blocks, generating economy, reduction of construction times and use of materials without Contaminate the environment in a sustainable and responsible way, using the wood resource as exploitation in reforested areas only for this business purpose. The present work was oriented to the investigation of the construction system in depth, the houses built in wood are one of the most economical, ecological and friendly options for the environment, it allows to design and build the dream home, it is being implemented more and more to At a global level, this system as a trend to build wooden houses, or hiring a specialized company that advises the client in building their house with this material, similar to the operation of prefabricated houses, are an excellent alternative to constructions made with traditional materials more expensive.
