El conflicto armado en Colombia dejó 220.000 personas asesinadas, 25.000 desaparecidas y 4.744.046 desplazadas en los últimos 60 años, según el informe “¡Basta ya!”, realizado por el Centro Nacional de Memoria Histórica (CNMH). Ante el panorama actual relacionado con el proceso de paz, se abre la posibilidad de avanzar en un proceso de posconflicto, lo cual implica un ejercicio de memoria histórica. Partiendo de esto, el proyecto “Tejiendo en digital, memoria para sanar y no olvidar” busca visibilizar, a través de un producto de diseño, los procesos de construcción de memoria histórica de las víctimas de la violencia en el costurero del Centro de Memoria Paz y Reconciliación (CMPR) de Bogotá, como parte del proceso hacia el perdón y la reconciliación. El encuentro en el costurero, el ejercicio del tejido y la conversación con los participantes en torno al hilo y la aguja son, entre otras, las motivaciones que contribuyen a dar avance al proyecto. Dichas acciones constituyen la columna vertebral de una iniciativa que se vale de medios de comunicación análogos y digitales, para acercar a la ciudadanía colombiana a una realidad que hace parte de la historia de todos. En este sentido, el ejercicio de investigación alrededor de la construcción de memoria se define a partir de la aplicación del Design Thinking en todas sus fases, con el apoyo del Diseño Positivo Tejiendo en digital, memoria para sanar y no olvidar (Universidad Tecnológica de Delft, Holanda), dada su cercanía con el concepto de “acción sin daño” de Mary Anderson, que rescata la necesidad de crear y compartir sin violentar realidades. De este modo, el saber propio del Diseño Digital y Multimedia, mediante las distintas fases de la comunicación aplicadas al desarrollo de una estrategia comunicativa transmedia, contribuyeron en esta búsqueda al propender por la efectividad del ejercicio en marcha, facilitando la sincronía en el proceso comunicativo, teniendo en cuenta que lo importante era lograr que las víctimas y la ciudadanía pudieran decantar y trascender los hechos violentos en recuerdos que ayuden a fortalecer la sociedad del futuro.

The conflict armed in Colombia left 220.000 murdered persons, 25.000 missing persons and 4.744.046 displaced ones in the last 60 years, according to the report " Basta Ya! ", realized by the National Center of Historical Memory (NCHM). Before the current panorama related to the process of peace, there opens itself the possibility of advancing in a process of posconflict, which implies an exercise of historical memory. Departing from this, the project " Weaving in foxglove, memory to recover and not to forget " looks highlight, across a product of design, for the processes of construction of historical memory of the victims of the violence in the dressmaker of the Center of Memory Peace and Reconciliation (CMPR) of Bogota, as part of the process towards the pardon and the reconciliation. The meeting in the dressmaker, the exercise of the fabric and the conversation with the participants concerning the thread and the needle they are, between others, the motivations that help to give advance to the project. The above-mentioned actions constitute the vertebral column of an initiative that uses of analogous and digital mass media, to bring over to the Colombian citizenship to a reality that does part of the history of all. In this respect, the exercise of investigation about the construction of memory defines from the application of the Design Thinking in all his phases, with the support of the Positive Design (Delft's Technological University, Holland), given his nearness with the concept of " action without hurt " of Mary Anderson, who rescues the need to create and share without forcing realities. Thus, to know own of the Digital Design and Multimedia, by means of the different phases of the communication applied to the development of a communicative strategy transmedia, they contributed in this search on having tended for the efficiency of the exercise in march, facilitating the synchrony in the communicative process, bearing in mind that the important thing was to achieve that the victims and the citizenship could praise and come out the violent facts in recollections that help to strengthen the company of the future.
