dc.description.abstract | La microbiota intestinal se refiere a un complejo sistema de múltiples
microorganismos que favorecen estructural, inmune, nutritiva y metabólicamente la salud y
pueden alterarse por factores como: la dieta, infecciones y uso de antibióticos. Además, la
microbiota puede ayudar al establecimiento, la estructura y la actividad funcional en el tracto
gastrointestinal- TGI.
Actualmente, las croquetas hechas de harinas y distintos carbohidratos se conocen
como el tipo de dieta principal en la alimentación del perro, pese a ello surgen las dietas con
alimentos netamente crudos a base de cárnicos, vegetales y otras formulaciones para volver al
instinto primitivo del lobo. Esta revisión bibliográfica permitió conocer mediante
secuenciación del gen ARNr 16S que los taxa bacterianos predominantes en heces de caninos
son Bacillota, Actinomycetota, Pseudomonadota, Bacteroidota y Fusobacteria
independientemente de la dieta suministrada. También asociados a estados de disbiosis,
presentación de infecciones y predisposición a enfermedades como la Diabetes Mellitus,
enfermedad intestinal inflamatoria- EII y diarrea aguda no complicada. | spa |
