Sin embargo, el crecimiento de la empresa se encuentra estancado debido a decisiones desacertadas, lo que ha resultado en una falta de expansión en el mercado y una disminución en su competitividad. Dadas estas circunstancias, se podrían idear nuevas estrategias que impulsen una mayor rentabilidad y establezcan firmemente a "COMERCIALIZADORA DIESEL PARTS" en el mercado. El propósito de esta investigación es la creación de un Plan Estratégico que asegure la expansión de "COMERCIALIZADORA DIESEL PARTS". Además, busca la mejoría de las operaciones administrativas, ya que, en la empresa, los procesos se gestionan de manera empírica sin previo análisis por parte del propietario, y carece de una estructura planificada para alcanzar sus metas. Así, se ha podido comprender el rol que desempeña la comercialización de piezas diésel y su influencia en las decisiones de la empresa. Se ha realizado un diagnóstico financiero de la situación actual para identificar los problemas que la afectan. El presente proyecto se enfoca en mejorar los procesos administrativos y realizar un diagnóstico financiero con el fin de aumentar la productividad y eficiencia en las tareas diarias. Un adecuado manejo y control de estos procesos contribuirá a incrementar las ventas y alcanzar los ingresos deseados. La estratégica bien aplicada permitirá optimizar los recursos y reducir costos, dirigiendo todos los esfuerzos para lograr los objetivos estratégicos.

In addition, it seeks to improve administrative operations, since in the company, the processes are managed empirically without prior analysis by the owner, and it lacks a planned structure to achieve its goals. By applying the research tools, an analysis of the environment surrounding "COMERCIALIZADORA DIESEL PARTS" has been allowed, starting from the general to the particular. Thus, it has been possible to understand the role played by the marketing of diesel parts and its influence on the company's decisions. A financial diagnosis of the current situation has been carried out to identify the problems that affect it. This project focuses on improving administrative processes and carrying out a financial diagnosis in order to increase productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
