El presente documento pretende exponer el trabajo realizado desde el semillero Katari, en relación con la concepción teórica de género en el currículo de Trabajo Social de la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca. La investigación se llevó a cabo en la UCMC, en la sede principal ubicada en: Cra. 5 #28-85, Bogotá y se enfocó en el estudió de la enseñanza teórica de género en las y los estudiantes de Trabajo Social desde el currículo. A partir de ello, esta investigación, se propone aportar a la Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca una reflexión metodológica y teórica que facilite la revisión del currículo oficial, con el objetivo de responder a las necesidades actuales de la profesión. La investigación está enfocada en la comprensión de la concepción teórica de género en el currículo, utilizando una serie de instrumentos que permiten el análisis del currículo manifiesto y un acercamiento al curriculum oculto en Trabajo Social. Para ello, se realizó una revisión documental de los documentos analíticos y sintéticos de los 11 componentes seleccionados correspondientes a materias propias del programa, llevado a cabo por fichas documentales y entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes y grupos focales a estudiantes de último semestre. También se incluyen los productos resultantes de la investigación realizada desde el semillero, destacando la participación en diferentes concursos, respondiendo al acuerdo 098 del 2021 para opción de grado. Dichos productos cuentan con los certificados oficiales de la participación y se anexan las fichas técnicas de las ponencias presentadas, donde se describen los objetivos, la metodología, los resultados y conclusiones.

The purpose of this document is to present the work carried out by the Katari research group in relation to the theoretical conception of gender in the Social Work curriculum at the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca. The research was carried out at UCMC, at the main campus located at: Cra. 5 #28-85, Bogotá and focused on the study of the theoretical teaching of gender in the students of Social Work from the curriculum. Based on this, this research aims to contribute to the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca a methodological and theoretical reflection that facilitates the revision of the official curriculum, with the objective of responding to the current needs of the profession. The research is focused on the understanding of the theoretical conception of gender in the curriculum, using a series of instruments that allow the analysis of the manifest curriculum and an approach to the hidden curriculum in Social Work. For this purpose, a documentary review of the analytical and synthetic documents of the 11 selected components corresponding to the program's own subjects was carried out by means of documentary files and semi-structured interviews with teachers and focus groups with students in their last semester. Also included are the products resulting from the research carried out by the seedbed, highlighting the participation in different contests, responding to agreement 098 of 2021 for degree option. These products have the official certificates of participation and the technical sheets of the papers presented are attached, where the objectives, methodology, results and conclusions are described.
