La Biblioteca Comunitaria Alexander Contreras (BCAC) es una organización de carácter comunitario que desde el 2008 desarrolla su actuar en el barrio San Isidro de Chapinero Alto (Bogotá). A lo largo de esta década de funcionamiento la Biblioteca ha tenido épocas de trabajo arduo y épocas de crisis, donde su trabajo se ha estancado y sus puertas se han cerrado; distintos grupos de personas han orientado el quehacer de este proceso comunitario, y en este sentido, la biblioteca ha adelantado estrategias que van desde el apoyo de tareas hasta el desarrollo de escuelas/taller de arte, deporte y cultura, en su labor para con los habitantes del territorio. Este documento reconstruye la experiencia del equipo que dinamizó el trabajo de la BCAC entre los años 2014 y 2017. Durante estos años el quehacer de la Biblioteca se orientó hacia la construcción de paz en el territorio desde practicas académicas, deportivas y culturales. Las actividades adelantadas por este equipo contaron con el apoyo económico de IberBibliotecas, es por ello que el trabajo llevado a cabo durante esta época estuvo enmarcado en la dinámica de gestión de proyectos sociales, desarrollando durante el tiempo de ejecución actividades en términos del cumplimiento de indicadores, la toma de registros del trabajo, la elaboración de informes y balances, etc. Al finalizar la ejecución del proyecto con IberBibliotecas el equipo dinamizador decidió apostar por construir saberes relacionados con la gestión de proyectos sociales desde la BCAC. En este sentido, se utilizó la propuesta metodológica de sistematización del Centro de Estudios para la Educación Popular (CEPEP) como estrategia para relatar, analizar y reflexionar sobre las dificultades y fortalezas en la experiencia de este equipo. A su vez, cabe mencionar que la epistemología del presente potencial de Hugo Zemelman fue el insumo teórico usado para problematizar la experiencia en el marco de los ejes de sistematización. A razón de lo anterior, este documento evidencia que los miembros del equipo dinamizador proyectaron su quehacer en el territorio partiendo de las lógicas del trabajo voluntario, lo cual fue motivo de conflictos en el marco de la ejecución del proyecto con IberBibliotecas. Es por ello que a través del análisis de esta situación se buscaron estrategias que permitan a posteriores grupos de trabajo profundizar en el quehacer de la BCAC en el territorio.

The Alexander Contreras Community Library (BCAC) is a community organization since 2008 that takes place in the neighborhood of San Isidro de Chapinero Alto (Bogotá). Throughout this decade of operation The library has had times of hard work and times of crisis, where its work has stagnated and its doors have been closed; the different groups of people have guided the work of this community process, and in this sense, the library has advanced the strategies that go from the support of the tasks to the development of the schools / workshops of art, sport and culture, in its work with the inhabitants of the territory. This document reconstructs the experience of the team that energized the work of the BCAC between 2014 and 2017. During these years the work of the Library was oriented towards the construction of peace in the territory from academic, sports and cultural practices. The activities carried out by this team had the financial support of IberBibliotecas, which is why the work carried out during this time was framed in the dynamics of social project management, developing during the execution time activities in terms of compliance with indicators, the taking of work records, the preparation of reports and balance sheets, etc. At the end of the execution of the project with IberBibliotecas, the dynamic team sought to build knowledge related to the management of social projects from the BCAC. In this sense, we refer to the methodological proposal of systematization of the Center of Studies for Popular Education (CEPEP) as a strategy to relate, analyze and reflect on the difficulties and strengths in the experience of this team. In turn, it should be mentioned that the epistemology of the potential present of Hugo Zemelman was used in the theoretical examination used to problematize the experience within the framework of the systematization axes. One reason for the above, this document, the evidence, the members, the team, the project, the project, the tool, the theme, the part, the logical activities, the voluntary work, the issue of conflicts within the framework of the execution of the project with IberBibliotecas.
