Efecto de la inoculación de rizobacterias promotoras de crecimiento vegetal en plantas de papa criolla (Solanum Phureja).

Abstract

El uso de plaguicidas y fertilizantes es el método de elección del agricultor para controlar plagas y enfermedades, situación que termina deteriorando el suelo y bajando la productividad de un cultivo ya que influye negativamente en la asimilación de nutrientes, disminuye la actividad microbiana en el suelo y su interacción con las plantas. Es necesario buscar alternativas amigables con el ambiente, y por ello, el objetivo del presente estudio fue evaluar la capacidad de las Rizobacterias Promotoras de Crecimiento en el desarrollo de plantas de papa criolla (Solanum phureja). Los ensayos fueron realizados con 15 cepas de rizobacterias que fueron aisladas del cultivo de papa del departamento de Boyacá, las cuales fueron inoculadas en las plantas de papa criolla con el fin de determinar cuáles de ellas promovían mejor el crecimiento, usando diferentes transportadores: ceniza volante, talco, roca fosfórica, caolín y almidón de maíz. Adicionalmente, se analizaron los mecanismos que podrían promover el crecimiento vegetal. Los resultados evidenciaron que las 15 rizobacterias estudiadas fueron capaces de promover el crecimiento de la planta, destacándose 4 de los aislamientos (3, 4, 6 y 10), que fueron positivos para los mecanismos de solubilización de fósforo, fijación de nitrógeno, producción de sideróforos y producción de ácido indolacético, características que evidencian su potencial actividad promotora de crecimiento vegetal. Con relación a los transportadores, los ensayos realizados con talco fueron los que presentaron la mejor promoción del crecimiento en papa criolla, con mezclas bacterianas (Tratamiento C3) y en forma individual (Cepa 10) al inducir la tuberización.

The use of the pesticides and fertilizer, it is f the farmer’s election to control pests and diseases, that situation brings to the ground deterioration, and it will be reflected in a low productivity of the farming. In consequence , it interferes negativing in the nutrient assimilation; it contrast the activity microbiana of the ground, and the interaction with the plants. It is necessary to search for different alternatives friendly’s with the environment. for that reason the objective for the currently study was evaluated the capacity of the Rhizobacteria promotive for the growing over the papa criolla (Solanum phureja) plants develop. the rehearsal was performed with 15 Rhizobacteria strain isolated from of potato farming from boyaca state. Additionally they were analyzed the mechanism that could promote the vegetal growing. The results showed that the 15 Rhizobacteria studied has characteristics that it show their potential in the activity promotion in the vegetable growing. Four of the isolates were highlighted, that they were positive for the mechanisms of the solubilization of phosphates, fixation of nitrogen, production of siderophores, and indoleacetic production. of which ones were inoculated into the potatoes criolla plants, to conclude which ones of those it is better to promototive to the growing, using different carriers: fly ash, talc, phosphoric rock, kaolin, cornstarch. Finally, it was found that talc was the best carrier to promote growth in creole potato with bacterial mixtures (C3 treatment) and individually (strain 10) when inducing tuberization.
