Resumen
Sipo es una aplicación creada a partir de una necesidad detectada en diferentes obras de construcción: la cantidad de papeleo que se requiere para el ingreso de un subcontratista, su personal, materiales, vehículos, etc. La verificación de cada uno de los documentos requeridos consume tiempo, lo que afecta indirectamente el progreso del trabajo y obliga al responsable de seguridad y salud ocupacional a estar en la oficina todo el tiempo, descuidando un poco el trabajo de campo. De ahí nace Sipo (Sistema de identificación de personal en obra). Nuestra aplicación busca generar una base de datos, debidamente organizada, donde se pueda verificar en tiempo récord y así poder generar ingresos para contratistas, personal, materiales, etc. Además, lograremos la vinculación del sistema de gestión con nuestra aplicación y la intercomunicación del personal de diferentes obras de la misma construcción, logrando una eficiencia de tiempo que se reflejará en ingresos, gastos, informes y todo lo relacionado con el personal. Todo esto de forma remota, lo que contribuirá al medio ambiente al reducir el papel que normalmente termina en la basura.
Resumen
Sipo is an application created based on a need found in different construction sites, and it is the amount of paperwork that is requested for the entry of a subcontractor, his personnel, material, cars, etc. Verification of each of the requested documents takes time and this indirectly affects the progress of the work and subjects the occupational health and safety person to be in the office all the time and neglecting the field a bit, already said this is born sipo (On-site personnel identification system). Our application is looking for a database generation, duly organizing where it can be verified in record time and thus be able to give income to contractors, personnel, material, etc. and not only that we will achieve a linkage of the management system to our application and intercommunication of personnel from different works of the same construction, achieving an efficiency of time that will be reflected in income, expenses, reports and everything that involves personnel and all this of remotely which we would be helping the environment in reducing paper that normally ends up in the trash.
